Court of Appeal – action originated against us by UBS, our motion to appeal of 15 February 2018 to set aside order for possession made on 23 March 2015.
The record was settled on 27 March 2019 and on 9 May 2019, according to the record a bond of $1000 was paid, and documents filed.
Waiting for the court hearing date of the main appeal.
On 27 May 2019, our preliminary application will be heard in the part of fee waiving by a single judge. This is a milestone not just for us but for all Bahamians who deserve fair access to justice, we hope this will be a day of glory for many.
Supreme Court – action originated by us against UBS on 15 September 2015.
For the first time heard in May 2018, 4 months after the illegal eviction, and in roofless conditions.
Trial settled for 23 September 2019.
On 21 April 2019 was the date to file two witness statements. UBS did not file, and so it is in default.

We sent seven letters to its high management and external auditors about breaches of record keeping in relation to transactions in securities on the NYSE.

Supreme Court – we moved the action on August 2018. Credit Suisse produced a defence.
We made a reply with an application to strike out certain paragraphs of the defence as frivolous and vexatious.
